This makes us think or ponder over probable circumstances which would have led Pratyusha, a 24-year-old TV actress who had so much going for her in life, who had tasted success in such a young age. This incident has raised a very powerful question. Is suicide a solution for mental stress?

Based on the data from National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), about 1.3 lakh committed suicide in the year 2014-15.

sometimes it gets bad and you need help

Yes, life gets hard sometimes.

We wish there was an empathetic person that would have helped you in the time of need. But, when you don’t find a comforting shoulder, getting help from a psychiatrist will help. However, getting help from a psychologist has a lot of resistance. “I’m perfectly fine, I don’t need any doctor”. Unless we realize it’s too late.

The truth is, bottled up emotions just builds on frustration rather than doing anything good.

Celebrities become role models in our lives and the change should begin from them. Earlier celebs like Deepika PadukoneAngelina Jolie and more have taken a strong fight against depression and shown us the courage to speak up and raise their voice for this cause.

Open up. Life is precious.
